Energetic Reproductive System Cleanse
“Every human being is the author of their own health and disease.” ― Buddha”
5 BodyTalk Sessions
Ideal for all humans seeking relief.
You’ll receive your energetic cleanse sessions on day 1, day 3, day 5, day 7 and day 9. I recommend listening to each session at least twice or more before moving on to the next sessions. Note that all 5 sessions can be listened to at anytime thereafter for further relief and you can continue to receive benefit from these sessions for many months and years to come. Why do an energetic cleanse for your reproductive system?
Most people have some type of thinking, conscious or subconscious, that they’re dirty. This often gets associated with the idea that we have to hide our wrong-doings. Where to hide them? In any area that’s deemed to be ‘private’, that way people won’t look there. The trouble with this is that we often hide away the parts of ourselves that we need to thrive. What if you didn’t need to really cleanse anything except for the beliefs around the themes of being dirty, having done something wrong or unacceptable, or that you’re lacking and just not enough? We often hide these away so no one will notice and they’ll continue to buy into your carefully constructed persona of who you show the world you are and how you ask to be accepted and validated by it? What if your most lovable nature is who you are underneath all of that? Come reclaim your sexuality, come reclaim yourself.
Your reproductive system is your energetic connection to pleasure, your sense of yourself, your self-worth, your existence and your connection to love. Sexuality is often misunderstood as being only about sex but this is but a wee sliver of the pie. It is your reproductive system energy that gives rise to your health and your ability to heal. Your relationship to your sexuality mirrors your creativity, vitality, productivity (aka success), your sense of acceptability.
This is your center of rejection and acceptance. If you reject yourself then the body will take it’s cues and eventually the immune system will fall in line with that way of thinking and begin to reject you, giving birth to some form of auto-immune diseases like allergies, frequent colds, asthma, diabetes, lupus, cancer, etc.
As this is your center of acceptance it also relates to how you perceive other people accepting you. Do you feel likeable? How about lovable? How others perceive you as being likeable or lovable is also a mirror of this.
This is not say that you need to love yourself before others do, as the take away from that line of thinking is that you have to earn or deserve love. Or that having experiences where you don’t feel lovable is in turn the opportunity to blame yourself for being a failure. Either way this just leads you to beat yourself up and drive yourself to do more and be better. Time to go beyond those limitations and experience love for what it is, a source of energy which your reproductive system can amplify to give rise to experiences of vitality, connection, intimacy, respect and health.
If you’re in a male body you may need to reconnect to your most powerful essences, one of of which is procreating. You may desire to live fully into your body and transcend stereotypes often associated with the male body. Including the fears that this body may have the capacity to use it’s power to create hurt. This is the most common subconscious belief system I’ve seen in over 15 years of practice in this field, along with rejection of your sensual nature. Let’s reclaim your full power.
If you’re in a female body you may need to reclaim your womb as your source of life giving power, for yourself as well as possibly future children (if that’s what you’re after). You may desire to live fully into your body and transcend stereotypes often associated with the female body, including the beliefs that your worth only lies in what offspring you can produce. Pregnancy is also but a wee sliver of the energy of the reproductive system pie. Female bodies often classically put their overflow of emotions into the pelvis – it’s become a carry-on suitcase of overwhelm, shame, guilt, anxiety and the other emotions. Defining yourself via your body and your genitals and all the emotional holdings seems to commonly go hand-in-hand with this.
Your sense of how much energy you have day to day is also here as at the core of your reproductive system is your key to vitality. If you don’t have a sense of self that’s in alignment with your desires it’s akin to driving a car with a foot on the brake and a foot on the gas pedal.
In our go go go worlds, it’s easy to see that juggling work, family, health, etc often leads to a demanding schedule. More pressure, more stress means more anxiety. Combine that with seemingly less time to take care of ourselves and you’ve got a recipe for burnout. Exhaustion and fatigue give rise to all those sabotages you use, preventing optimal health.
Ready to hit your “pause” button and find a different way? Commit to putting yourself and your health first so you an both play the game of life with greater ease as well as perhaps take stock and change how it us you’re ‘doing’ life. Come stabilize your respiratory system, your lungs and all they regulate.
If you have reproductive system disorders or issues I strongly recommend having individual guidance with a medical professional as well.
There’s always another way.
