We invite you to join us in this three hour nourishing experience. Connecting back to our feminine essence through open mouth conscious connected breathwork, somatic explorations, affirmations, vocalizations, movement, music, and supportive bodywork.

In this guided group setting, you will be gently supported in grace as you enter non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath exploration. This will serve to clear stagnant energy from the physical, emotional/mental, and energetic tension from the womb space as well as your general body-mind.

We will hold space as you traverse your inner landscape, allowing you to access new pathways of vitality. This is a space for those who are brand new and those who are experienced alike, you will be met and honoured as you are.

》Suggestion: Eating a lighter lunch and allowing digestion time prior to breathwork is optimal
